This seems like something that could happen in the Thomas AU? Say she kissed him spontaneously, or made a move and he was too frozen to react? She’d regret it and say this before Astor could clarify things?
Or, perhaps more obviously? In Professor Astor AU? In a world where her office visit fails and he tells her to go home? After like poofing from school for a week she’d come back and say this – leaving Astor strangely unhappy or idk? Like relieved at first and THEN unhappy?
