    Astor tucking in Elodie in the Thomas AU?

  • If it’s just the first two gifs it makes me think of post-Jail Astor sneaking off to see her. But if you look at the whole thing it’s like, Thomas AU Astor coming to see Elodie after not having done so for a long time and they just exchange this little look. Tons of love and relief, but a touch of pained longing. :c

  • This seems like something that could happen in the Thomas AU? Say she kissed him spontaneously, or made a move and he was too frozen to react? She’d regret it and say this before Astor could clarify things? 

    Or, perhaps more obviously? In Professor Astor AU? In a world where her office visit fails and he tells her to go home? After like poofing from school for a week she’d come back and say this – leaving Astor strangely unhappy or idk? Like relieved at first and THEN unhappy?

  • OKAY SO THE STORY BEHIND THIS IS THAT They’re friends? And he’s totally dug her for a long time now but she’s a derp who has no clue. Finally, (as friends) he asks her out for drinks. She gets awful advice and ends up behaving slightly flirtatiously during what she thinks is a totally platonic outing. Culminating in this moment where she tells him that he can stay with her forever. He totally misunderstands (rightfully so) and FINALLY lets his feelings  show. (THREE EFFING SEASONS WORTH OF FEELINGS THREE SEASONS I WAITED THREE SEASON FOR THIS) Of course, he immediately regrets it and peace-outs and it just really made me think of something Astor could do; maybe in the Thomas AU or idk man just THE PEACE OUTING.

    (He immediately walks back, orders her a taxi, tells her to take it home  – she nods – and THEN PEACE OUTS AGAIN.)

  • JUST SAYING that this is probably what Marigold would have done if Astor hadn’t taken a chance at confessing/teasing a confession out of Elodie. And TBH she’d have hunted him down in the Thomas AU until he confessed to. No way she’s gonna have a Cal clone for a son in law.

  • Pouty Astor in the Thomas universe, watching Elodie’s life move on without him. :c

  • Astor showing up to Elodie’s apartment in the Thomas AU. Trying to work up the courage to knock, bringing flowers, PACING back and forth because it’s been months since he’s seen her.
