When I saw this scene I imagined Princess Elodie and King Astor having a little moment a few days before the wedding? Elodie saying something along the lines of how now that it’s impending, they will actually have very little time to see each other, or play music together, what with all the preparations? So Astor naturally sneaks her away for some cute (innocent) alone time.
