Elotor Is Life

harritudur:

_{I am the Dark One, – the Widower, – the Unconsoled,}
               ^{the Aquitaine Prince whose Tower is destroyed:}
               _{My only star is dead, –and my constellated lute bears the black Sun of Melancholia.}

This is from a french poem but it makes me think of any scenario where Astor loses Elodie. Or maybe when his mum Marigold dies in GoT Adoption ./if you get rid of the widower bit.
