Contemplative little Princess Elodie. But the sadness in the last gifs makes me think of a lot of scenes:

1. In GoT – In can picture her talking to a (painfully honest) Lady about how King Astor has “kind eyes.” “I think I could fall in love with just those eyes.” But the lady, I think pitying Elodie – reminds her that “The vampire king will appear however is most convenient to him, Princess. You should not let yourself be fooled so easily.” 

2. Offering AU Elodie being bathed because The Dark One wants to see her? And Elodie remarking that he’s been very patient with her, kind. That he’s nothing at all like what she imagined? And some other person snipping at her that she’s taking advantage of that and should recognize that without pleasing him she will quickly become useless to him.

3. Dark Forest AU or Lord Death AU (the one where he saves her in the forest, not the one where he kidnaps her.)  – Marigold helping her get ready for some big ball. Elodie wonders out loud why there are so many princes from foreign lands coming. “It is the first ball we have held since you became of age, little Elodie. I do believe they come to court you~” And it makes Elodie feel like…this cold wash of dread? It may or may not be when she realizes she has feelings for Astor / Lord Death.
